Emergency

Normal hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm.

Outside these hours an emergency service for clients is available. Out of hours the telephones are switched to voicemail providing the number of the emergency pager to alert the duty Veterinary Surgeon. The emergency pager is activated by dialling 07699 711354.

When the pager number is dialled a receptionist will ask for your message. It is essential that you leave your name and contactable telephone number. This message will be sent to the duty Veterinary Surgeon’s pager and you should receive a telephone call within five minutes. As with mobiles, pager reception is not always possible in some areas but these are rare. If you have not had a response within five minutes you should redial 07699 711354.
